Each of our four locations offer repairs. HPZ Roundslings can only be repaired at our Atlanta location.
The length of time it takes to repair a sling or rigging equipment varies. If you need it completed by a certain date, discuss this with us during the initial repair request.
If your sling is deemed unrepairable upon inspection, it is considered unsafe and should remain removed from service. We are happy to discuss replacement rigging as needed. After 30 days, slings that are not repaired will be scrapped.
Warning: Attempting a sling repair by anyone other than the manufacturer can result in sling failure, load drop, and death or serious injury. Do not exceed rated capacities. Failure to follow proper inspection, care and use criteria may result in personal injury or death.
